在日志中会发现
[Core][WARN][v4.26.6] [sources.request_retry:68]: [OpenAI] Request failed with retryable error; retrying (2/5): Error code: 429 - {'error': {'message': '该模型当前访问量过大，请您稍后再试', 'type': 'upstream_error', 'param': '', 'code': '1305'}}
这样的日志。虽然可以知道有供应商挂了,但是不知道是哪家挂了,希望在报错时传入模型和供应商的id
