[Due for payment 2026-08-19] Update expense preview cards to match new row styling

As part of updating the expense row table styles, we updated how we display the small line below Merchant for mobile rows. We need to make sure the expense preview cards use this new styling too:

1. On expense preview cards, should the line below merchant match Spend rows exactly — Date • Category | Cash/Card — with no Folder/Tag icons?
2. If an expense has a tag, should it:
   • not appear on the preview card (same as Spend rows), or
   • still appear somehow (e.g. third line, or Date • Category • Tag)?

I think we can probably start by just not showing the tag here, same as spend rows. cc @trjExpensify in case you have any strong feelings there.
