Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Create two workspaces - A and B.
• Enable Distance rates in workspace A.
• Enable "Exclude a fixed distance per claim" in workspace A distance settings with 1 miles.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat A.
3. Create a report.
4. Go to workspace chat B.
5. Create a manual distance expense.
6. Open the distance expense.
7. Click Report.
8. Select report from workspace chat A.
9. Go to workspace chat A and open distance expense.
10. Click Distance.
11. Edit distance and click Save.

Expected Result:

In Step 8, manual distance should not be allowed to move to workspace with fixed distance exclusions.

Actual Result:

In Step 8, manual distance can be moved to workspace with fixed distance exclusions.
In Step 11, the moved distance expense cannot be edited.
