Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Enable Distance rates in workspace A.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create a manual distance expense.
4. Go to workspace settings > Distance rates.
5. Click Settings.
6. Enable "Exclude a fixed distance per claim" in workspace A distance settings with 1 miles.
7. Go to workspace chat and open distance expense.
8. Click Distance.
9. Edit distance and click Save.
   → Distance cannot be edited when exclusion is enforced.
10. Send this command "Edit distance to 200 miles" to the expense report.

Expected Result:

Distance cannot be edited via command when exclusion is enforced.

Actual Result:

Distance can be edited via command when exclusion is enforced.
