slice n splice does not accept tinkers kama

Describe the recipe issue

Despite JEI showing it as an option for shears, the slice n' splice does not accept tinkers kamas as shears in the second slot. I think its the only way to make unbreakable shears. I tested with both a plain iron kama and an iron/rose gold binding unbreakable kama.

This is hardcoded by EnderIO if you want to open an issue with them they might be able to fix that.
