CNAP isn't appearing for incoming calls, only in call logs.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Wait for an unknown call.

Expected behavior

An unknown number in India should show the caller's name via CNAP.

Actual behavior

It only shows the number, not the CNAP name, though the name appears in my call logs.
