v1 Geo Web MUD Implementation

Description:
Complete the initial Geo Web MUD implementation including:

• Update to parcel NFT metadata
  • Move Parcel Name & Link (External URL) to the NFT itself
• Document & deploy a MUD architecture that manages global PCO parcels & augments publishing/browsing
  • Namespaces, tables, & systems
• Cadastre Integration
  • Geospatial Anchoring
• Web Browser Integration
  • Feature parity with current IPLD implementation
  • Add references to geo anchor availability in iOS
  • Link to AppClip/full version of the browser on iOS devices
• Establish the world/augment permissions management framework

This project is part of the Geo Web Core Roadmap.
