Improving the query bar

Discussed in #4964

• Adding a more complete functionality of filters (ie. the lead: filter should filter by any lead via email, not just @me)
• Making the active filters in the query bar reflect in both the dropdowns & the Current filters & sorts badge indicators
• Selections made in the dropdown should reflect in the query bar so users can visualize it's usage
• Removing the hash/pound ID filter (ie. #123) in favor of something more explicit (id:123 and/or id:#123) because it doesn't play well with lark (searching abc# causes an error)
• Have a small pop-up "cheatsheet" that gives shortcuts/filter terms that can be used with examples
