Running for the first time on different DPI settings, the form no longer shows the entire form in ways that are correctly sized. Can be altered using Sizeable form (coming soon in a commit), but that requires user intervention.
Next commit also adds an app manifest, but there is an issue with a library not being loaded, and an ArgumentNullException being thrown. Not sure if you ran into this before, since it looks like a debug line simply for launching the program was put in DualImageForm here.
