[Feature request] Move subscription import/export to Backup and Restore settings

Feature Description

Hi there! NewPipe allows you to export/import subscriptions as a json file.

Pipe Pipe now only allows back up and restore of a database, its difficult to extract.

The json file could allow for better interoperability between versions and other applications.

It certainly wouldn't be out of place there, but the import/export for subscriptions only is in fact present, albeit easily overlooked (happened to me too in the beginning).

On your subscriptions tap, there is a small arrow for a drop-down menu on the top right.

Yeah, the UI for this in PipePipe is rather poor: when you first use the app, those options are presented, given your subs list is blank.

But after you import them, they get hidden-away under the \/ option.

BravePipe, NewPipe and Tubular all have a three-dot line in the top-right with "Import from" and "Export to", which is easier to discover.

And in the other apps, Menu > Settings > Backup and Restore has options to "Import database" and "Export database", along with "Import subscriptions" and "Export subscriptions". PipePipe only offers "Import database" and "Export database", meaning people coming from other NewPipe forks won't find the subs option where they'd expect to find it.

I agree, this is slightly suboptimal.
I would initially expect the down arrow to collapse the subscription list (for whatever reason this would be useful for).

A more consistent UI approach could be using said three dot menu icon, but also placing the subscription search icon next to it. The search icon seems a little misplaced right next to "Subscriptions" and it is inconsistent with the search in the header.

I think the most logical approach is to add another paragraph in the backup menu with the headline "Subscriptions" and get rid of the drop-down menu. The database one could have the headline "General" or something.
(And possibly making the search icon take its place for consistency with the main search icon.)

Also, as it seem to be expanded on first start, this could also be just replaced with a note like "Import subscriptions from the backup menu or subscribe to new channels."

Which is exactly how it is in BravePipe, NewPipe and Tubular (and I think SkyTube, last I tried that app). LibreTube also still has the 🔍 and three-dot menu (but doesn't have "import" and "export"; you can only do it in their app from within Settings > Backup and Restore)... and I've no-idea about Grayjay and how they do things. But for most NewPipe derived apps, the Subscriptions screen does have a three-dot menu with "Import" and "Export" in there, but PipePipe decided to move the option.

Again, in BravePipe, LibreTube, NewPipe, SkyTube and Tubular, you go to Menu > Settings > "Backup and Restore" and have choices there of "Import subscriptions" and "Export subscriptions". So while the app UI's may differ slightly, there is at-least some consistency when people switch between them. PipePipe is the only one who have decided to rename "Backup and Restore" to just "Backup" and has removed the "Import subscriptions" and "Export subscriptions" options from that screen, for reasons I couldn't explain.

They can continue to have them under \/ on the Subscriptions page; but why not keep them in the Settings > Backup screen also?
