Setup not Working

currently trying to build this on a raspberry pi 4. When I get to building dependencies, this pops up

chmod: cannot access 'install-plugins.sh': No such file or directory

What am I doing wrong?

Having simialr issues as @DianaJoOasis on Raspberry PI 4. Instructions don't seem to work.

1. git clone https://github.com/NetScout-Go/NetTool.git
2. cd NetTool
3. go build
4. ./nettool

Also tried

2. cd NetTool

Install core dependencies

1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt install gh librespeed-cli
3. gh auth login

Fetch plugins (select interactively)

chmod +x install-plugins.sh
./install-plugins.sh

Build & run

go build -o nettool .
NETTOOL_ALLOW_DEV_BUILD=1 ./nettool --port 8080
