Validation of new PRIDE Result files should happen in this ms-data-core-api

The validation should happen in both Schema and Data in ms-data-core-api.

• Validation at the XML level: Takes the schema of the file and validate it.
• Validation at the data level: These are all the rules PRIDE has defined for Complete Submissions.
