Reloading the renderer on pending plan approval/permission, bricks the agent on the next response

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have the agent send a plan approval or permission approval your way
2. Reload the renderer
3. Send another message
4. The agent will hang infinitely, until you press escape and interrupt their message.
5. The next message will be picked up by the agent.
