I set up PostHog Code with my GitHub repo connected, and enabled PostHog data and GitHub Issues as signal sources. The inbox generated 7 reports, all in "Researching" status.
After some time, all reports moved to "Failed" status. The report list then showed "Reports (0)" — all failed reports disappeared from the inbox. The only way I could still see a failed report was because I had one selected in the detail panel before it failed.
No auto-retry happened. I kept the app open without closing or reopening it. After closing and reopening the app hours later, the inbox still showed "Reports (0)".
