• As a User I want to see the expected Outcome of the current Step,
• As a User I want to Skip-Request
• As PM I want to accept/ deny the Request
• As PM I want to know who startet the step when
• As User I only want to start steps, that are recommended next
• As User I want to give Feedback to current Onboarding Steps

• add expected Outcome to step View, after Backend implemented it
• adjust Skip Request logic
• only start the next Step
• track time when step is started
• another point of step rework is the Feedback for each step, given in another storypoint ([Feature]: Feedback to Onboarding as User #217)
