Add GRPC support

JetBreands recently added support for GRPC queries.
I think it is worth adding support for this protocol, although it requires significant effort.

This can be done as a separate handler.

Oh, people are using this? Nice! didn't know. I though this here was abandoned. Didn't Jetbrains make a cli runner themselves now?

About the topic. Yes it would require some more significant work although it's just the Parser keyword and a client to handle the request to that URL.

Sorry. I'm looking for a tool and noticed there was a problem with it, so I wrote the issue.
https://github.com/restcli/restcli - he has the same problem.

I do not use this for myself at the moment so there is little chance of this tool growing GRPC support without people interested and sponsoring. But I'll keep the issue around if anyone wants to tackle it.
