JDK 25 & 26 failing ITs

Bug description

With JDK 26 the test will fail:

[ERROR] *  cli-options/bind-services/pom.xml

[ERROR] Error: This JDK does not contain packaged modules and cannot be used to create another image with the jdk.jlink module

[ERROR] *  cli-options/endian-big/pom.xml

[ERROR] Error: specified --endian BIG_ENDIAN does not match endianness of target platform macos-aarch64

Oh and I thought it was windows only (as described here #671 )

Do you use Temurin, right?
Then it's the same with JMOD (see https://adoptium.net/de/news/2025/08/eclipse-temurin-jdk24-JEP493-enabled )

Yes that's why I asking @slawekjaranowski if he is using Temurin, as Temurin as integrated JEP493 which (from what I understand causes the issue in jlink and jmod)
