Multi-page documentation

I think it would make sense to split the documentation into multiple pages. Not sure yet, how to group the pages. But the current single-page README feels confusing with some too-detailed information.

Just floating an idea here, been giving https://obsidian.md/ a shot at work, I don't have a super strong opinion about it yet, but one thing I'm noticing is that with the right setup the docs are just as searchable in github/an ide as they are in obsidian (ok obsidian is a little bit better since it's designed for it but still). Like I said I don't have a strong opinion about it, and would be happy to burn some tokens to reorganize the docs (one of the better uses of tokens I've found tbh) or to create an initial vault for the project and see what you think, toughts?
