refactor for python

leaning towards refactoring to python b/c code for alexandria servers are configured and optimized for this.

Dependencies to be used...

• flask

create new branch

git checkout -b issue/9

when done

git checkout master
git checkout -b ruby-archive make a change and push
git checkout master
git merge --no-ff issue/9

Could also use tags/releases to save a downloadable version of the ruby code

May want to do a git move to move ruby code to a separate folder

E.g.

git mv * api/ruby/

branch pyport is finished and solves this for current sqlite schema retrieves successfully & displays in same format
