1. have virusseq prod instance running on dev env
   -- deploy aria on dev to get muse working
2. after step 1 and 2. start with submission

1. script - csv to JSON : Ticket - extend existing endpoint to accept csv as input and convert to JSON
2. insert JSON to elastic search
3. identify elastic search mapping
4. Reindex mapping and reupload the JSON
5. Arranger configuration for Mapping
6. Build UI for Arranger
