CPU/GPU wattage needs to be added to sensors_custom.py and recompiled otherwise will be blank

The expanded theme contains several libraries unnecessary to local system monitoring, including MySQL Workbench, Sun Valley, HIDSharp, BlackSharp, Babel, Jaraco, libffi, AsyncIO, and a ton of .NET elements not for resale. Most of these have licensing and redistribution requirements that aren't being met.

A hashing randomizer and half of a cryptographic pair are supplied for unknown reasons.

Recall that turing-smart-screen supplies the config, main, and theme-editor files as .py files, not as executables exclusive to Windows. On the other hand, configure.yaml and the ~\res directory are lifted wholesale from this repo, wherein license requirements are not met.
