[Feature] Is there any plan to implement Using ISO 15118 Plug & Charge with OCPP 1.6?

I think implement this feature is very useful. This part is separate from main model which make it is simple to implement. I think we just need to implement some functions without edit main sequence.

I could implement this after finish feature #431. But it won't be done too quickly..
