Agent Inventory | Agents Data Load Running Indefinitely

With the March 2026 release, my Agent Inventory | Agents Data Load is taking an excessive time to run. What used to be a couple hour run is now 24+ hours. The flow doesn't seem to stop, even though there are no active child or grandchild flows and the agents have been indexed.

When I finally canceled the flow running for 24+ hours, it appears to have stalled on the action 'Run a Child Flow: Agent Inventory Child'.

Okay, this is an issue with the Agent Inventory | Agent Data Load (Child). In our Default environment, it has identified ~26000 objects.

The action 'Apply to each: Add Agents for non sys admin or copilot lite agents' is not completing well after two days of run time.

Four days later and it's still running. Either we need to be able to remove Agent Builder agents from being picked up in the inventory, or this needs significant optimization.

The problem is that with the March 2026 re-factored the Agent Inventory | Agents Data Load flow to use the "Query Power Platform Resources" action, but the microsoft.copilotstudio/agents resource type (and actually the entire PPAC Inventory) is not yet available in GCC. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/power-platform-inventory which says

Sovereign cloud: Power Platform inventory isn't currently available in the US Government Community Cloud (GCC, GCC-High, and DoD), 21Vianet (China), or Air Gapped environments.

We're a Commercial customer. This isn't a GCC issue. The flow isn't optimized for a large scale environment.

Could you please share the error details, if any? Is the flow currently failing? You mentioned that the flow is taking a long time to run - does it eventually fail, or does it complete successfully after a delay? If there is an error, kindly share the error details so we can review them.
