v1.31.4 installation issue "Reinstalling the Extension.md cannot be found"

I'm getting this message "Reinstalling the Extension.md cannot be found" when starting the extension.
I found that there is a reference to the 'Reinstalling the Extension.md' file in ms-vscode.cpptools-1.31.4/dist/src/main.js but the file is not present in vsix (in extension directory)

@volteaup Thanks for reporting this. We have a fix pending at #14390.

However, you should be seeing a different error message popup beforehand about the vsix not matching your system. You may need to uninstall the C/C++ extension, reload VS Code, make sure the extension is deleted (referring to the locations mentioned in that .md file), and then reinstalling the C/C++ extension to prevent the root issue. Based on code at https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cpptools/blob/main/Extension/src/main.ts#L326
