Include Changelog

Since we are updating this extension very often, it would help users who don't have auto-update of extensions enabled to know what changes are coming in each update.

Having a Changelog.md file is all it takes for the changelog to appear in the extensions editor in VS Code

Summary

Adds a new setting githubIssues.issueCompletionFormatEditor that mirrors the existing githubIssues.issueCompletionFormatScm setting, but applies to issue completions in the editor (not just SCM input).

Previously, selecting an issue completion in the editor would insert the issue title alongside the number (e.g. Is MissingAction really a problem? #421), which breaks GitHub's auto-close detection for `` style references.

The new setting defaults to ${issueNumberLabel}, which inserts only the issue number (e.g. #421) by default , fixing the reported bug without breaking anyone's existing workflow.

Changes

• Added ISSUE_COMPLETION_FORMAT_EDITOR constant in settingKeys.ts
• Added githubIssues.issueCompletionFormatEditor setting in package.json and package.nls.json
• Updated IssueCompletionProvider.completionItemFromIssue() to use the new setting for editor completions

Testing

Tested locally via Extension Development Host , confirmed that selecting an issue completion in the editor now inserts only the issue number (e.g. #322155) instead of the full title.
