GitHub windows-latest runner image 20250602.1.0 seems to break cached Poetry

Today, PR workflows started failing with errors running poetry and/or pytest.

Expected Behavior

Poetry works.

Current Behavior

The passing jobs have windows-2022 runner image 20250511.1.0.

The failing jobs have windows-2022 runner image 20250602.1.0 and fail with poetry: command not found

Possible Solution

Add runner image name/version to cache key.

Add an input to disable caching.

Context

This is breaking PR workflows.

Jobs that used runner image 20250602.1 passed and jobs that used 20250609.2 failed.

GitHub moved the workspace and temp directories between the C: and D: drives recently: actions/runner-images#12386

The cached files are the same in both cases:
C:\Users\runneradmin.local\poetry\bin/poetry*

But I wonder if the venv might have some references to C: or D: that were invalidated.

Apparently there is a long-standing issue that C: has much lower performance than D: actions/runner-images#8755

We are using in-project venvs, so the venv itself is in the workspace directory. As a result, the stub EXEs inside the venv use absolute paths to reference the venv's Python EXE.

However, in-project venvs don't explain why poetry --version broke.
