Added reading from the channel in order to handle WS ping requests. Otherwise client is treated by the server as stale and client get forced disconnect after timeout occurs.
Tested on local setup with RaspberryPi + SignalK + PyPilot providing IMU readings. Aftter the change there're no more disconnects and freezes in SignalK data browser / instruments dashboard.
