Update to LCR modules

• In the main GUI can add some windows title bar (can currenly put it in a demo launcher)
• Filed dependent measuemenet with partial automation , that create sequece, user click run , then it , waits sequece to procede (can done with a popup) then user click next, the program measueres frequecy scan (with filed value meatsioned in file title and commenets)
• update the Fscan PPMS, with both boxes check, so defaults agnostic, and decrease the stablity window wainting to like 5-7 min, check with yesterdays log files
