docker: Using incredibly inappropriate base image

As the subject says, the docker images used are over 4GBs in size, very inappropriate to be used as anything.

How is this inaccurate (well over 4GB total)? I couldn't be arsed to finish the download when I saw it... don't use overblown ubuntu images.
