Doesn't Fetch Remotely Modified Note

Modifying from Obsidian is synced to github, but when we edit that file in github, obsidian doesn't fetch updated file.
Expected behavior it should get possible modification from remote when local files not modified instead 'nothing to sync'

@TheOutdoorProgrammer I think we might need to fork this and create a copy, last activity on it was over 9 months ago and there are four pending pull requests which have zero activity. Owner hasn't said anything since June of last year either. I suspect he's just busy given some of his comments, so maybe he'll get back around to it at some point?
