fix using multiple h2zero files generated with a comma separated list

a comma separated list of files to generate, where there are multiple h2zero configuration files to generate from

This works, just not in necessarily the nicest format.

Currently the h2zero generation is using the infile, which can be either a string, or an array.

Maybe this shoudl be left as is.
