As already mentioned in #72, it is precisely this commit that causes the warning to return in PHP 8.4.

Owh that is so weird. How can I have this depreciation warning before? And now you still have it after this change.

@melroy89 correct, this commits need to get revered as you re-introduced the warning. In general you reverted the already applied fixed by #66.

Maybe you installed the last tagged version from september? There was the fix not yet applied.

Most likely I guess. It wasn't yet in the docker image.
