Python Batch samples - please update to azure.storage.blob v12+

The Python Batch samples are based on Azure storage blob v1.3 and 1.4, and do not work with Azure storage blob 12+. Please can you update the examples to be based on Azure storage blob 12+.

P.S. The examples are v helpful, but would be good to use the updated version of the azure storage blob module.
