Combines the nvidia-cdi-refresh driver-race fix with the image bump from #8986 so GPU E2E exercises the exact install.sh path that produced CSE exit 84. configGPUDrivers pulls on cache miss, so the new image is used at provision time without needing a VHD rebuild.
