A few things I verified, in case they're useful:
The v7.0.0 breaking change doesn't apply here. The only breaking change in v7.0.0 is actions/checkout#2454, which blocks checking out fork PRs for pull_request_target and workflow_run. No workflow in this repo uses either trigger, so the upgrade should be behaviorally a no-op.
One caveat on the green checks: none of the passing checks on this PR actually exercise the modified workflow. swapkit-slip24 runs only on workflow_dispatch and the 17 9,21 * * * cron, so a pull request never triggers it. If you want confirmation before merging, a manual workflow_dispatch run on the PR branch would cover it; otherwise the next scheduled run after merge is the first real exercise of the change.
