Wrench `Copy custom` option

Short description:

Related to #1721, as stands, there's no way to copy for example some aspect settings, but not others, same with some part settings, but not others. My idea would be a Copy custom mode, perhaps opened by clicking empty air, similar to how shift-clicking empty air changes the mode, to open a settings GUI for the wrench of sorts, and allowing you to configure what actually gets copied. I did confirm that the wrench will work for partial part settings pasting if not every setting is in the NBT via /data modify already, so the real work would likely just be the GUI

I've thought about this, but I don't see how we can make a user-friendly GUI that is generic enough to support all possible part types (including from addons).

What we could do instead, is make it so that when the wrench has copy-state data on it, you can right-click with the wrench in the air to open a GUI, to see what has currently been saved in there. Then, the user could remove things from that (as I don't see a user-friendly way to add arbitrary things).

I can see removing working to still allow the user to control what gets pasted, copy whatever "section" (eg. part settings, aspect settings, etc.) you want anything from, then remove what you don't want to paste

For removing content from the copying, I would suggest to keep all current modes in tact and not add any other.
Removing data from an existing copy could be supported for all modes, since the mode only determines what data to take in the first place, and doesn't differentiate the state of the tool afterwards. If I understand it correctly.
