+- Reason: Backports React Native's Android fix for persisting the host selected through `Change Bundle Location`. The setting is written to the existing `debug_http_host` preference, restored after process restarts, and removed when the host is reset. This replaces the HybridApp-specific lifecycle workaround and can be removed after upgrading to React Native 0.88 or later.
