Added comprehensive unit tests to `crates/tools/src/lib.rs` covering all paths of the `ToolCall::execution_subject` method. This includes verification of `LocalShell` with a specified working directory, `LocalShell` lacking a working directory (falling back to a provided value), and non-shell tool payloads correctly falling back to the tool's name and standard type execution kinds.
