Summary

• Depend on unpublished hive_ce_flutter 3.0 via path override
• Import TimeOfDay from package:material_ui in the adapter round-trip test
• Upgrade rexios_lints to 19 and disable migrate_design_widgets (DevTools still hosts SDK Material)

Test plan

• flutter test in hive_ce_inspector
• dart analyze --fatal-infos in hive_ce_inspector on Dart 3.13 / Flutter 3.47
