Spatial mode, the default screensaver pairings, and the three fixes -- chiefly that every effect was being sent the spot's parameters, so `effect:plasma` ran at its defaults forever while looking wired up. After the release rather than before, for the same reason as 3.1.0: the version files are bumped by a workflow-opened PR against main, and CHANGELOG.md is the one file that path never stages.
