Add dedicated rendering for session_problem signals in the inbox detail pane, including video playback and an "Events around the problem" table showing user-behavior events with human-readable names and millisecond timestamps.

Adding dedicated
SessionProblemSignalCardrendering forsession_problemsignals in the inbox detail pane, with video playback (just the full session MP4 export for now) and an "Events around the problem" list.The other thing here is I'm removing the super stale support for video segment artifacts, which was - way back - about video segments that were saved as artifacts. But now that's just the signal.
