Standard search redesign

Redesigns the search sidebar and results table.

Changes:

• Facet sidebar — Part Type, Part Role, Object Type, Collections, and Creator now show as always-expanded cards with a search box and colored, count-sorted options (replaces the old dropdown selects). Hover/tap the info icon on each facet for a description of what it filters.
• Selected filters — active filters now show as removable chips above the results table; a "Clear all" link appears when multiple filters are active.
• Results table — restyled rows/headers.
• Pagination — numbered page buttons (not just prev/next), moved to bottom; clicking a page scrolls back to the top of results.
• Bulk-action buttons — moved into the header tab row above the table.

The Submit button doesn’t seem necessary anymore.
When a filter is selected, the filter text doesn’t appear in the search bar. Would it be better to move the filter text to the sub-search bar?

Checked the most recent update and it's working as intended. I'm good to merge
