This commit removes the Pauli-measurement entry from the legend when the open graph contains no Pauli measurements (issue TeamGraphix#554). It also ensures that the figure is large enough to accommodate the legend. In particular, this makes the legend appear in the baseline figures introduced for TeamGraphix#554. Finally, this commit fixes the duplication of node icons in the legend when using `pytest-mpl`.

It also ensures that the figure is large enough to accommodate the legend. In particular, this makes the legend appear in the baseline figures introduced for #554.
Finally, this commit fixes the duplication of node icons in the legend when using
pytest-mpl.
