  Requirements:
		PHP 7.4 or later (8.x recommended)
		One of: MySQL/MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or SQLite (no server needed)
		Apache or IIS
		A Web-browser (doh!)

  Summary:
		UNS is a PHP-based set of scripts that is intended to manage and
		display messages on monitors. With the ability to enable emergency messages
		globaly, or have unique lists of URLS for each display. It talks to the
		database through PDO, so MySQL, SQL Server, and SQLite are all supported -
		see INSTALL for how to choose one.
