Summary

  • Add the release announcement blog post for Apache Kvrocks 2.16.0, covering conditional SET operations, CLIENT PAUSE/UNPAUSE, CLUSTERX FLUSHSLOTS, TDIGEST.TRIMMED_MEAN, and BITPOS BYTE/BIT range units.

Test plan

  • yarn build renders the new post without errors
  • Preview the post locally and confirm formatting, links, and code blocks render correctly

@git-hulk @PragmaTwice
I have a suggestion. Could we add a “Thanks to Contributors” section to the release blog post to thank everyone who contributed to this release, include the contributor list, and welcome first-time contributors?

I think this would be a good way to recognize and encourage contributors, and it also aligns well with the Apache Way and our community-building efforts. I noticed that some other Apache projects do something similar in their release notes or release blogs.

such as:

PS: If the contributor list gets too long, we could make it collapsed by default.

@jihuayu yes for sure, I will submit the release blog skill in this repo, then we can improve it with this section.
