ruff 0.16 promoted too-many-positional-arguments out of preview, and select = ["PL"] picks it up, so the bump reported 26 errors. Ignored for the same reason as PLR0913: the builder and workflow constructors take their arguments positionally by design.
rustc now passes -Wl,--fix-cortex-a53-843419 for aarch64 and zig rejects it, so the rust-cargo-lambda job failed with "unsupported linker arg". cargo-lambda 0.15.0 bundles cargo-zigbuild 0.14.1, which does not filter that argument; 1.9.2 bundles 0.23.0, which does.
