Updates the README manual table-of-contents links to reflect a renumbered set of manual pages, including removal of an “Extra themes” entry.
Changes:
- Removed the “Extra themes” TOC entry.
- Updated/renumbered manual links for “Making your own theme” and the “The Rest” section items.

In the README, links to various manual pages were broken. This PR fixes those links.
