Request for a finite list of aliases extracted from the params db

Request for a list of all the aliases from the params db and also the handling of each by cchdo.hydro (ie what is silently renamed)

This is primarily for documentation and also to recreate the behavior in other workflows.

What do you think the structure should look like? Internally it is stored as a dictionary with tuple to tuple mappings e.g.

{('LATITUDE', 'DEG'): ('LATITUDE', None)}

This is not representable in JSON as the key must be a string.

Things we could do (not exhaustive):

• change the mapping to be ODV style strings e.g. {"LATITUDE [DEG]": "LATITUDE"}
• use aligned arrays:

   {
     "aliasName": ["LATITUDE"],
     "aliasUnit": ["DEG"],
     "canonicalName": ["LATITUDE"],
     "canonicalUnit": [null]
   }

• Use something other than JSON e.g. csv
