Consider testing endpoints for test submissions/responses

Context

Feedback from Beta cohort:

No significant challenges with implementing the API integration, though from a developer’s perspective, we would appreciate a smoke test or other simple testing endpoint that can be used for unit testing without having to submit a test response every time.
