Release 5.2.1 - Missing fields for RepresentativeIndividual and forward secrets path update

This release adds missing fields to the RepresentativeIndividual model for the Accounts API v3.0 and updates the forward secrets endpoint path.

Accounts API v3.0 Model Additions and Updates:

• Added the Citizenship class and extended RepresentativeIndividual with the citizenships array and national_id_type fields.
• Added the NationalIdType enum covering the various types of national identification numbers.
• Added the FinancialStatements class and FinancialStatementsType enum, and updated OnboardSubEntityDocuments to use FinancialStatements for the financial_statements field.

Forward API:

• Moved the forward secret item path to /secrets/{name} (INT-1666).
